The Avis M. Lloyd "Tree of Life" at The John A. DeQuattro Cancer Center is a beautifully sculptured wall mounting with hundreds of leaves in brass, silver and copper.

Donors may memorialize and honor family members, friends, and organizations through the purchase of one of the engraved leaves, doves or boulders with an added personal inscription.

Funds raised through the Tree of Life assist patients of the John A. DeQuattro Cancer Center who are in need of medications to combat the side effects of chemotherapy treatment.

Created by the family members of Avis M. Lloyd, the Tree of Life honors the memory of loved ones such as Mr. Lloyd, but also celebrates the current lives of family and friends by honoring birthdays, anniversaries, marriages, retirements or other special occasions.

The Tree of Life is on permanent display in The John A. DeQuattro Cancer Center for patients and visitors to view while visiting the Center.

Family, friends, organizations, and companies interested in memorializing or honoring an individual or organization can purchase a leaf to engrave. Donors can select from either a $100 Brass, $200 Silver, or $300 Copper Leaf, or $600 Dove, or $1,000 Boulder and personalize it with an inscription (maximum 89 characters-including spaces). The leaves are 2"x 4", engraved, and then mounted on the Tree of Life.
