Salute! An Evening of Fine Wines and Gourmet Cuisine is an annual sellout event held at Cavey's in Manchester and one of the community's most highly anticipated annual fundraisers and networking events of the year.
Usually held in April, Salute! has been rescheduled this year with a whole new program. This event promises to be a very exciting evening of select wines and an extraordinary variety of tapas. Attendees will not be limited to flight choices, but will be able to roam both floors of the restaurant seeking out their favorite wines.
Funds are raised through ticket sales, sponsorships, program advertising, and items donated by individuals and businesses for a silent and live auction. Proceeds from this event benefit the Women's Center for Wellness in South Windsor.
